What we provide

xclr8er.com is our public website. account.xclr8er.com is a signed-in area for people we have invited. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

Your account

• Accounts are by invitation, which you can ask for with the "Request access" form. Use your own e-mail address and keep your sign-in method (your e-mail inbox, passkey or Google account) to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, use "Sign out everywhere" in Settings and tell us.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13.

Fair use

Do not try to reach another person's account or data, get around our security or limits, overload or disrupt the services, or use them to break the law. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Payments

Nothing on our services takes payment today. If that changes, payments will be handled by a payment provider, and we will say which one and on what terms before you pay anything.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time with "Delete my account" in Settings, or ask us to; our privacy policy says what that removes. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or end the account service altogether, with notice by e-mail where we can give it.

No guarantees

We work to keep the services available and correct, but they are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law does not let us limit.

Text messages (Xclr8er Notifications)

• The program. Xclr8er Notifications sends account notifications, alerts, reminders and one-time verification codes by text message, from +1 (202) 410-0070, to a mobile number whose owner enrolled it. How enrollment works is on the Xclr8er Notifications page.
• How often. Message frequency varies with account activity.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or e-mail the.xclr8er@xclr8er.com.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Privacy. Our privacy policy says how an enrolled number is handled. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. If a change matters to account holders, we will tell them by e-mail before it takes effect.
